The main deck’s right side aligns with the house. The nearest door edge is 2′ inward. The lower platform fills the 9′ 6″ opening and sits 1′ below the main deck.
Platform depth, door width, final stair width, exact stair connection position, support sizes and positions are provisional. Deck height of 7′ comes from the supplied spec and needs confirmation.
Wide, short steps connect the main deck to the lower platform. The long flight leaves the main deck at the left, parallel to the house near the beam. No stairs leave the lower platform. Main beam, posts and footings are retained in the project; their rendered sizes and footing shapes are illustrative.
