Terms of service

These terms apply to every model, render, material takeoff, cut list and share link delivered by See It Built. By submitting an intake form or accepting a delivery, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

See It Built is operated by 780472 N.B. Inc., a New Brunswick corporation. All services are provided by the corporation, not by any individual.

2. What we provide

Visual 3D models and estimated material quantities to help sell and estimate a job. We do not provide engineering, structural design, stamped drawings, permit drawings, construction drawings, or code-compliance review.

3. Quantities are estimates

Material takeoffs and cut lists are estimates derived from the model and from the measurements, photos and information supplied. You are responsible for verifying all field measurements, quantities, cut lengths and code requirements before ordering materials or starting work.

4. Your information

Models and takeoffs are only as accurate as the measurements, photos and information you supply. We are not responsible for errors that result from incomplete or inaccurate inputs.

5. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of 780472 N.B. Inc. for any claim arising from a job is limited to the fee paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including wrong or excess material orders, delays, or lost profit.

6. Share links

A share link lets a third party (such as a homeowner) view a model. It is for viewing only. Third parties may not rely on it for purchasing, construction or any other decision, and have no claim against us arising from it.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 780472 N.B. Inc. against claims by third parties arising from your use of a model, takeoff or share link, including work you or your subcontractors perform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
